  • 25 ml - 1 oz G'Vine Gin Nouaison®
  • 1 cube of sugar
  • 2 dashes of grapefruit bitters
  • Champagne

Method

Soak the sugar cube with bitters and place in a flute.
Add G’Vine Gin Nouaison® and top with chilled Champagne.
Garnish with a twist of pink grapefruit.
